FULLY BARGAINED AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement represents and incorporates the complete and final understanding and settlement by the parties of all bargainable issues which were or could have been the subject of negotiations, with the sole exception of those items contained in a Resolution adopted by the Board of Managers on December 22, 1988 with respect to Article XVII and a letter dated December 20, 1988 between Xx. Xxxxxx and Xx. Xxxxxxx concerning length of service and three (3) letters between Xx. Xxxxxxx & Xx. Xxxxxx dated 9-17-86.

Xxxxxx dated 9-September 17-86, 1986.
