Common use of FULLY BARGAINED AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

FULLY BARGAINED AGREEMENT. A. The Employer and the Union agree that this Agreement is the complete agreement between them and that no other understandings or agreements and no past practices shall be binding on the Employer or the Union during the term of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing between the Employer and the Union subsequent to the date of execution of the Agreement.

FULLY BARGAINED AGREEMENT. A.
