The Union agrees that the function of Management rests solely with the Company, and further agrees that it will not interfere with the Company's free exercise of this right except where the Company specifically is limited in the Articles or Sections of this Contract. Section 2. Foremen, Assistant Foremen, Supervisors, Coaches, Lead persons, Group Leaders, and Team leaders in all departments shall be selected by the Employer.
