Fund Revenues. Health Plan will assign into the Fund, on a monthly basis, the applicable percentage, indicated in the table below based on the county to which Health Plan has assigned the Member, of the total capitation payment it receives from CMS (for Part A, Part B and Part D as defined in the Social Security Act, as amended) for Medicare Members assigned to MSO PCP Providers, net of any Health Plan incurred premium enhancement costs ("Fund Revenue"): COUNTY PERCENT OF PREMIUM Brevard County, Florida 82 % Broward County, Florida 80 % Dade County, Florida 80 % Lake County, Florida 82 % Orange County, Florida 82 % Osceola County, Florida 82 % Palm Beach County, Florida 80 % Pasco County, Florida 82 % Pinellas County, Florida 82 % Polk County, Florida 82 % Seminole County, Florida 82 % Volusia County, Florida 82 % Enrollment errors that result in either the underpayment or overpayment of Fund Revenue due to MSO shall be corrected by the Health Plan by retroactive additions to or deletions to Fund Revenue.
Fund Revenues. The Trustee or one or more of its affiliated companies may receive income from one or more of the regulated investment companies, the shares of which are offered under the Trust and will deposit the anticipated amount of the fund revenue to be received into the Trust. Such revenue shall be deposited into the Trust according to the investment allocation of the account at the time the Service Fee is determined. In the event a fund is no longer available under the Trust, due to fund company closure or District direction, the Trustee shall deposit the revenue payable for that fund to the replacement fund as selected by the District.
Fund Revenues. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the LMD 84-2 Fund's obligations under this Agreement do not constitute a formal pledge of Available Revenues or any other revenues of the LMD 84-2
