MCA-Indonesia II shall provide the Fiscal Agent (and MCC if it so requests) a copy of each agreement that is funded (directly or indirectly) with MCC Funding or the Government Contribution (each a, “Funded Agreement”), regardless of whether MCC has approval rights with respect to such agreement.
