Funded Debt to Net Cash Flow. Permit the ratio of Funded Debt as of the end of any fiscal quarter to Net Cash Flow of Pancho's Mexican Buffet, Inc. and its Subsidiaries for the four quarter period ending as of the end of the preceding fiscal quarter at any time to be greater than 2.5 to 1.0.   • Funded Debt to EBITDA Section 10.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

  • Net Cash Flow The term “Net Cash Flow” shall mean all cash and cash equivalents from all sources on hand as of the last day of the measurement period prior to any distributions to the Partners, and after the payment of all then due expenses of operating and managing the Restaurants, and after payment of all debts and liabilities and after any prepayments of any debts and liabilities that the General Partner, in its reasonable and good faith discretion, elects to cause to be made, and after the establishment of any reserves reasonably deemed necessary by the General Partner for (i) the repayment of any due debts or liabilities, including debts owed to the General Partner; (ii) the working capital requirements; (iii) capital improvements and replacement of furniture, fixtures or equipment; and (iv) any contingent or unforeseen liabilities.   • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Ratio of Total Debt to EBITDAX The Borrower will not, at any time, permit its ratio of Total Debt as of such time to EBITDAX for the four fiscal quarters ending on the last day of the fiscal quarter immediately preceding the date of determination for which financial statements are available to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Funded Debt Ratio Maintain its Funded Debt Ratio at not greater than (a) 3.75 to 1.00 at each fiscal quarter ending through and including December 31, 2003, (b) 3.50 to 1.00 as of March 31, 2004 and June 30, 2004, (c) 3.00 to 1.00 as of September 30, 2004, (b) 2.50 to 1.00 as of December 31, 2004 and at each fiscal quarter ending thereafter through and including September 30, 2005, and (c) 2.00 to 1.00 as of December 31, 2005 and as of each fiscal quarter ending thereafter.

  • Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio The Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio will not exceed 4.0 to 1.0 at the end of any fiscal quarter.

  • Cash Flow Ratio To maintain on a consolidated basis a cash flow ratio of at least 1.35:1.00.

  • Cash Flow Coverage Ratio The ratio of (a) the Borrower's Cash Flow to (b) the sum of (i) the Borrower's consolidated Interest Expense plus (ii) the Borrower's scheduled payments of principal (including the principal component of Capital Leases) to be paid during the 12 months following any date of determination shall at all times exceed (1) 1.5 to 1.0. Compliance with the ratio will be tested as of the last day of each month, with Cash Flow and Interest Expense being calculated for the twelve months then ended.
