Common use of Funding Contribution from INDOT Clause in Contracts

Funding Contribution from INDOT. INDOT agrees to provide the 50% of the estimated Project costs as enumerated below in federal-aid highway funds and/or state funds to complete the Project. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict INDOT’s ability to manage available funding sources in providing funds for the Project.

Funding Contribution from INDOT. INDOT agrees to provide contribute toward the 50% costs of the estimated Project costs as enumerated below in an amount not to exceed $62,160,335.00 in federal-aid highway funds and/or state funds to complete the Projectfunds. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict INDOT’s ability to manage available funding sources in providing funds for the Project.

Funding Contribution from INDOT. INDOT agrees to provide contribute toward the 50% costs of the estimated Project costs as enumerated below in an amount not to exceed ($7,500,000.00) in federal-aid highway funds and/or state funds to complete funds. INDOT’s contribution shall include attorney’s fees and court costs as part of the Projectright of way services and land acquisition. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict INDOT’s ability to manage available funding sources in providing funds for the Project.

INDOT agrees to provide contribute toward the 50% costs of the estimated Project costs as enumerated below in an amount not to exceed $57,679,895.00 in federal-aid highway funds and/or state funds to complete the Projectfunds. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict INDOT’s ability to manage available funding sources in providing funds for the Project.

Funding Contribution from INDOT. INDOT agrees to provide the 50% balance of costs of the estimated Revised Project costs as enumerated below up to, but not to exceed, the amount of $4,287,311.00 in federal-aid highway funds and/or state funds to complete the Revised Project. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict INDOT’s ability to manage available funding sources in providing funds for the Revised Project.
