Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 31 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties will continue to facilitate on-going training to improve occupational health & safety in the industry and to improve employees work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels.

Termination for Lack of Funding If this Contract is funded by public funds or a grant from a public or private entity, and the funds are not appropriated or the grant is discontinued, the County may terminate this Contract by written notice specifying the date of termination. Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Time limit for claims No Indemnified Party may make a Claim for indemnification under Section 6.1 in respect of any Claim unless notice in writing of the Claim, incorporating a statement setting out in reasonable detail the grounds on which the Claim is based, has been given by the Indemnified Party prior to the expiration of the applicable Survival Period as set forth in Part VI of Appendix B.
