Common use of Funding Period Clause in Contracts

Funding Period. The Purchaser shall have no obligation to advance funds pursuant to this Agreement after the earlier of the Completion Date, the date the Lease terminates or the date in which the maximum principal amount of the Series 2020 Bonds have been funded under this Agreement.
