The Funds raised shall be administered by the crowdfunding platform and only if the crowdfunding objective is achieved or exceeded, the Partner will sign an Agreement with IOM for the implementation of the activities in line with the full proposal built on the concept note developed by the Partner and according to the regulations, rules, directives, policies, and procedures of IOM, and the Funds disbursed. The Partner shall be responsible for: Devising a communications plan in respect of the Fundraising Campaign; Raising Funds in accordance with Articles 1 (Fundraising Campaign) and 4 (Transfer of Funds) of this Agreement and through the crowdfunding platform chosen by IOM; and, Adhering to the crowdfunding conditions “all or nothing” meaning that only when the crowdfunding objective is achieved or exceeded, the amount raised will be disbursed to the diaspora organization by the crowdfunding platform; Developing a full project proposal to compete for the third phase of the selection process, if the crowdfunding objective is achieved or exceeded; Implementing the project proposal using the Funds raised, at the end of the third phase and subject to the signature of an Agreement with IOM for that purpose; Acknowledge that if the crowdfunding objective is not attained there will be no disbursement of Funds raised and that the Funds raised will be returned to the individual donors. IOM shall be responsible for: Reviewing the communications plan in respect of the Fundraising Campaign developed by the Partner; Provide the Partner the opportunity to use an ad hoc campaign page on a crowdfunding platform that will disburse funds to the Partner in case its crowdfunding objective is achieved.; and Provi...
