Funds Transfers without Sufficient Funds Sample Clauses

Funds Transfers without Sufficient Funds. Upon submitting a Funds Transfer request, the Client authorizes ATB Financial to debit the necessary funds from its designated Account in order to complete the Client’s Funds Transfer Instructions. ATB Financial will not process the Funds Transfer if the Client’s Account does not contain sufficient available funds to complete the Funds Transfer or the completion of the Funds Transfer would exceed the credit limit or the designated funding Account’s overdraft. In the case of a Funds Transfer being sent via our tax pay service, ATB Financial may, in its sole discretion, process the Funds Transfer request even if the Client’s Account does not contain sufficient available funds, but the Client will be responsible for any fees, charges or interest incurred due to insufficient funds or the Account going into overdraft.
