On behalf of the Owner Trustee, the Sponsor shall furnish to Noteholders promptly upon written request therefor, copies of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture.

Furnishing of Documents. The Owner Trustee shall will furnish to the CertificateholdersOwner Participant, promptly upon receipt of a written request thereforthereof, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, opinions, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under any Operative Agreement or any Owner Trustee Agreement, unless the Basic DocumentsOwner Trustee shall have determined that the same already has been furnished to the Owner Participant.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, the Class A Insurer, the Backup Insurer and the Rating Agencies promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish (a) to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic DocumentsDocuments and (b) to the Noteholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, copies of the Purchase Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement and this Agreement.

On behalf of the Owner Trustee, the Depositor shall furnish to Noteholders promptly upon written request therefor, copies of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture.
