Furnishing of Financial Statements; Tenant's Representations. In order to induce Landlord to enter into this Lease Tenant agrees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord, from time to time, upon Landlord's written request, with financial statements reflecting Tenant's current financial condition. Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are true, correct and complete in all respects.

Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are or will be true, correct and complete in all material respects.

To the extent required by Landlord’s lender (if any), until Tenant is publicly-traded, Tenant agrees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord, from time to time, but no more frequently than once every twelve (12) months, upon Landlord’s written request and execution of Tenant’s standard and commercially reasonable nondisclosure agreement, with financial statements reflecting Tenant’s financial condition as of the last date that Tenant had prepared such statements. Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are true, correct and complete in all material respects.
Furnishing of Financial Statements; Tenant's Representations. In order to induce Landlord to enter into this Lease, Tenant agrees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord, from time to time, within ten (10) business days of receipt of Landlord's written request therefor, with Tenant's most recent financial statements in Tenant's customary form reflecting Tenant's financial condition as of the date of such statements. Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are true, correct and complete in all respects. Prior to Tenant's providing Landlord with any financial information, Landlord agrees that it will execute a Nondisclosure Agreement in the form of EXHIBIT D hereto which is made a part hereof. If Tenant or its parent is a public company, Tenant's obligation under this Section 5.10 shall be satisfied by delivery to Landlord of Tenant's most recent publicly disclosed financial information.

In order to induce Landlord to enter into this Lease Tenant agrees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord, from time to time, upon Landlord’s written request (but not more than twice a calendar year), with Tenant's parent company's most current, publicly-available, unconsolidated financial statements; provided, however, in the event such financial statements do not specifically identify the financials of Tenant, Tenant shall instead provide a letter from its Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer certifying the net worth of Tenant ending in the previous fiscal quarter. Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are true, correct and complete in all respects.

In order to induce Xxxxxxxx to enter into this Lease, Xxxxxx agrees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord, from time to time, within ten (10) business days of receipt of Landlord's written request therefor, with a copy of Xxxxxx's most recent financial statement (whether audited or unaudited) prepared in the ordinary course of Xxxxxx's business operations. Tenant represents and warrants that to Xxxxxx's knowledge all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are true, correct and complete in all respects as of the date of delivery.

In order to induce Landlord to enter into this Lease, Tenaxx xxxees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord with copies of its annual financial reports within ten (10) business days of publication thereof, and with such additional financial statements as Landlord may request from time to time in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord reflecting Tenaxx'x xurrent financial condition within ten (10) business days of Landlord's request. Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are and/or will be true, correct and complete in all respects.
