Further Assistance and Corrective Instruments. The Village and Developer agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as may be reasonably required for carrying out the intention of or effectuate or facilitating the performance of this Agreement to the extent legally permitted and within the Village's and the Developer's sound legal discretion.

The City and the Redeveloper agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as may reasonably be required by the parties hereto, for carrying out the intention of or facilitating the performance of this Agreement.
