Further Conditions Precedent to Financing. The financing under Section 2.01(a) shall be subject to the further conditions precedent that (a) the Collection Agent shall have delivered to the Agent on or prior to the date of such financing, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, a completed Receivables Report containing information through January 4, 2001, identifying each Financed Contract, each Financed Receivable (including Installations with respect thereto), the Monthly Revenues for the foregoing, the original of each Financed Contract and a written assignment thereof from the applicable Originator to Funding and such additional information as may reasonably be requested by the Agent, (b) on the date of such financing the following statements shall be true:
