Lender agrees (i) to deliver to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, and if applicable, the assigning Lender (or, in the case of a Participant, to the Lender from which the related participation shall have been purchased) two further duly completed and signed copies of such Forms W-8 ECI or W-8 BEN, as the case may be, or successor and related applicable forms, on or before the date that any such form expires or becomes obsolete and promptly after the occurrence of any event requiring a change from the most recent form(s) previously delivered by it to the Borrower (or, in the case of a Participant, to the Lender from which the related participation shall have been purchased) in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations and (ii) in the case of a Non-U.S. Lender that delivers a statement in the form of Exhibit E (or such other form of statement as shall have been requested by the Borrower), to deliver to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, and if applicable, the assigning Lender, such statement on an annual basis on the anniversary of the date on which such Non-U.S. Lender became a party to this Agreement and to deliver promptly to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, and if applicable, the assigning Lender, such additional statements and forms as shall be reasonably requested by the Borrower from time to time unless, in any such case, any change in law or regulation has occurred subsequent to the date such Lender became a party to this Agreement (or in the case of a Participant, the date on which such Participant purchased the related participation) which renders all such forms inapplicable or which would prevent such Lender (or Participant) from properly completing and executing any such form with respect to it and such Lender promptly notifies the Borrower and the Administrative Agent (or, in the case of a Participant, the Lender from which the related participation shall have been purchased) if it is no longer able to deliver, or if it is required to withdraw or cancel, any form or statement previously delivered by it pursuant to this subsection 2.15(b).
