S. Person. Any person other than a "United States person" within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code.
S. Person. The term "Person" shall mean an individual, a corporation, a partnership, a joint venture, an association, a trust, any other Entity or organization, and any federal, state or local government or any governmental or quasi-governmental body or political subdivision or any agency, department, board or instrumentality thereof.
