Further Terms definition

Further Terms means the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 1; General Terms means these general terms and conditions (including Part A, Part B and Part C); Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme is the dispute resolution service, operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited. The aim of the scheme is to provide You with access to an independent body to assist in deciding any dispute that might arise between You and Us; Internet Connection means an active broadband internet connection to the Property of at least 1Mbps; Network means any electricity distribution network(s) employed in the conveyance of electricity and owned or operated by the Vector Group from time to time; Network Benefit means the use or management by Us of Our Solar Equipment in a manner which provides for the flow of electricity between Our Solar Equipment and the Network in order to:
Further Terms means the further terms (if any) of this Lease specified in Item 6; “Land” means the land described in Item 2;
Further Terms means two further terms of three years each.

Examples of Further Terms in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions contained in clauses 3 and 4 of these Further Terms, the Purchase Price shall be deemed to be a fixed contract price and the Vendor shall not be entitled to increase the Purchase Price as a result of any additional costs.

  • The Customer may extend the Agreement by one or more Further Terms on written notice to PRIME, such notice to be given at least 30 days prior to the end of the Initial Term or the then current Further Term (as applicable).

  • Subject to clause 14.2, the Landlord will renew this Lease for the next of the Further Terms if the Tenant gives the Landlord a written request for renewal (“Option Notice”) not less than 9 months (time being of the essence) before this Lease expires.

  • Further Terms and Conditions that User agree with the Bank: • User expressly agree that use of the Website is at User’s sole risk.

  • If the Purchaser does not notify the Vendor within the period set out above that the conditions in Further Terms of Sale 27 and 28 (and any more Further Terms for the vendors benefit) are waived or satisfied, then this Agreement shall immediately terminate and be of no further effect.

  • The crew, who shall be Carrier’s employees, servants or agents, shall, except as otherwise provided herein, fly the Aircraft on the Flight Scheduled during the period specified in the Charter Agreement which is made subject to these Further Terms and Conditions ("the Charter Agreement").

  • Unless a Further Term(s) is provided in Item 13, there is no option to renew this Lease.


More Definitions of Further Terms

Further Terms means the terms specified in Item 20 of the Schedule;
Further Terms means the further terms and conditions set out at Schedule 1; Future of Energy Competition Contract means the agreement entered into by You and Vector Limited that sets out the terms and conditions relating to the Solar Equipment awarded to You by Vector Limited, as a result of Your success in the Future of Energy Competition; General Terms means these general terms and conditions (including Part A, Part B and Part C); GST means goods and services tax imposed under the GST Act at the rate that applies from time to time or any similar tax under any replacement legislation;
Further Terms means the further terms (if any) specified in Item 11.
Further Terms means the further terms and conditions set out at Schedule 1;
Further Terms means the further terms of the Offer set out in Appendix I Part B;
Further Terms means the further terms of the Offer set out in Appendix I to this document;

Related to Further Terms

  • Further Term means the further term(s) set out in Item 12 of Schedule 1.

  • Other Terms means as follows:

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Terms Capital Account Distribution Date" and "Income Account Distribution Date" shall mean the "Distribution Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • The terms affiliated person," "assignment," "interested person" and "vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities", when used in this Agreement, shall have the respective meanings specified in the Investment Company Act.

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Further Competition Procedure means the further competition procedure described in paragraph 3 of Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, and the employer's personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.

  • Other Term Loans means one or more Classes of Term Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Financial Terms means the amount of compensation to be received by Vendor as evidenced by the Contract Documents, during the contract time.

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Substitution Agreement means the substitution agreement, substantially in the form set forth in the Schedules as entered into/ proposed to be entered into between the Authority, Developer, and the Lenders in relation to the substitution of the Developer with the Nominated Company in accordance with the Agreement;

  • Material Terms means (i) for Designated FX Transactions, the Settlement Date, amounts of each currency to be delivered by each party, and any other terms considered material in the market, (ii) for Designated Option Transactions, the amounts of each currency, the style (e.g., American or European) of option, the strike price, premium, expiration date, and any other terms considered material in the market, (iii) for Designated Bullion Trade Transactions, the Trade Date, Purchaser, Seller, Bullion, number of Ounces, Contract Price, Value Date, and any other material terms and (iv) for Designated Bullion Option Transactions, Trade Date, Buyer, Seller, Bullion, number of Ounces, style, type, Strike Price, Expiration Date, Settlement Date, Premium, Premium Payment Date, and any other material terms (terms used in subsection (iii) and (iv) in this definition have the means set forth in the 2005 ISDA Commodity Definitions).
