Common use of Further Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Further Negotiations. In case a Party offers, in the future, a third party additional advantages with regard to its respective government procurement market access coverage agreed under this Chapter and Annexes XIV and XV it shall agree, upon request of any other Party, to enter into negotiations with a view to extending the coverage on a reciprocal basis.
