Further Obligations of Data Processor. 1. Data Processor shall not use the transmitted Personal Data for any other purposes than the Commissioned Processing or other than as set forth in the Recitals. Copies or duplicates must not be created without knowledge of Data Controller, provided that this is not part of the work to be carried out as set forth in this Addendum. Data Processor warrants that the Personal Data processed for Data Controller will be held separately and segregated from any other data set.
