Common use of Further to C1 Clause in Contracts

Further to C1. 1(gg), the Contract Administrator’s determination of whether or not atmospheric and Site conditions are such that a Working Day is deemed to have elapsed may be based at one time on one type of work while at another time a Working Day may be based on another type of work. When more than one type of major work is involved, the quantity of equipment that must be able to work in order to meet the requirements of a Working Day may vary considerably from that specified in the General Conditions.
