No consequential claims Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 22, the indemnities herein provided shall not include any claim or recovery in respect of any cost, expense, loss or damage of an indirect, incidental or consequential nature, including loss of profit, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to CBB, or from CBB to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.
Other Legal Actions The actions stipulated in this Integrity Pact are without prejudice to any other legal action that may follow in accordance with the provisions of the extant law in force relating to any civil or criminal proceedings.

Advice on Construction Progress To each Change Order which grants an extension in the Contract Time, the Design Professional shall attach its Advice on Construction Progress, in the format provided in the Forms Packet, and provide a copy to the CM/GC.
Ingress and Egress Seller represents that there is ingress and egress to the Real Property and title to 400 the Real Property is insurable in accordance with STANDARD A without exception for lack of legal right of access.
Interest of Contractor and Employees The Contractor covenants that he/she presently has no interest and shall not acquire interest, direct or indirect, in the study area or any parcels therein or any other interest which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of his services hereunder. The Contractor further covenants that in the performance of this Contract, no person having any such interest shall be employed.
Contractor and Employee Security Precautions A. The security aspects of working at the Correctional Facility are critical. The following security precautions are part of the site conditions and are a part of this Contract. All persons coming on the site in any way connected with this Work shall be made aware of them, and it is the (General) Contractor’s responsibility to check and enforce them.
Delays and Extensions The CONSULTANT agrees that no charges or claim for damages shall be made by it for any minor delays from any cause whatsoever during the progress of any portion of the Services specified in this Contract. Such delays, if any, shall be compensated for by an extension of time for such period as may be determined by the LPA subject to the CONSULTANT's approval, it being understood, however, that permitting the CONSULTANT to proceed to complete any services, or any part of them after the date to which the time of completion may have been extended, shall in no way operate as a waiver on the part of the LPA of any of its rights herein. In the event of substantial delays or extensions, or change of any kind, not caused by the CONSULTANT, which causes a material change in scope, character or complexity of work the CONSULTANT is to perform under this Contract, the LPA at its sole discretion shall determine any adjustments in compensation and in the schedule for completion of the Services. CONSULTANT must notify the LPA in writing of a material change in the work immediately after the CONSULTANT first recognizes the material change.
