FUTURE DOMESTIC WELL TRANSFERS. To the extent such transfers are lawful and feasible and if the Settlement Model shows that such transfers would reduce net drawdown effects on the Buffalo Pasture, the Pueblo and the Town will discuss the possibility of future transfers of water rights associated with domestic xxxxx to the Town’s Xxxx Denver Well (RG-7339-S- 3).
