Common use of Future Encroachments Clause in Contracts

Future Encroachments. Except as provided by state and federal laws, the Project Sponsor agrees it will not in the future permit Encroachments upon the Right of Way of the Project, and specifically will require any gas and fuel dispensing pumps erected, moved, or installed along the Project be placed a distance from the Right of Way line no less than the distance permitted by the National Fire Code.
