Common use of Future Expansion Related Clause in Contracts

Future Expansion Related. 13.9.1 The Purchaser accepts, acknowledges and confirms that the Promoter shall have the sole and exclusive rights and benefits in respect of all or any additional construction, addition or alteration that may be available at any time in future at or for the Project including additional floors/storeyes on the buildings and other vertical and horizontal expansion and commercial exploitation.
