Future Legislation. In the event that any law passed by the Legislature of the Province applying to Public Employees covered by this Agreement, renders null and void any provisions of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement, and the parties to this Agreement shall negotiate a mutually agreeable provision to be substituted for the provisions so rendered null and void. Should such negotiations fail to achieve agreement the parties shall submit the matter to binding arbitration under the Public Service Labour
