Common use of Future Legislation Clause in Contracts

Future Legislation. 5.02 In the event that any law passed by Parliament or the Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly renders null and void or alters any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement.
