Common use of Future Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Future Negotiations. At the request of either Party, the Parties shall enter into negotiations with a view to extending the coverage of this Chapter on a reciprocal basis, where the other Party grants suppliers of a non-Party, through an international treaty to be concluded after the entry into force of this Agreement, greater access to its government procurement market than that granted to suppliers of the other Party pursuant to this Chapter.
