Common use of Future Operations Clause in Contracts

Future Operations. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing or earlier termination of this Agreement, Seller will (a) keep and maintain the Property in substantially the same condition as of the date of this Agreement, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and (b) promptly advise Purchaser of any litigation, arbitration or administrative hearing condemnation or damage or destruction concerning the Property arising or threatened of which Seller has written notice.

Future Operations. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing or earlier termination of this Agreement, Seller will (a) keep and maintain the Property in substantially the same condition as of the date of this Agreement, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and (b) promptly advise Purchaser of any litigation, arbitration or administrative hearing condemnation or damage or destruction concerning the Property arising or threatened of which Seller has written notice.

Future Operations. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing or earlier termination of this Agreement, Seller will (a) keep and maintain the Property in substantially a manner consistent with Seller’s past practices with respect to the same condition as of the date of this Agreement, reasonable wear and tear exceptedProperty, and (b) promptly advise Purchaser of any litigation, arbitration or administrative hearing condemnation or damage or destruction concerning the Property arising or threatened of which Seller has written notice.

Future Operations. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing or earlier termination of this Agreement, Seller will (a) keep and maintain the Property in substantially the same condition as of the date of this Agreement, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and (b) promptly advise Purchaser of any litigation, arbitration or administrative hearing condemnation or damage or destruction concerning the Property arising or threatened of which Seller Xxxxxx has written notice.

Future Operations. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing or earlier termination of this Agreement, Seller will (a) keep and maintain the Property in substantially a manner consistent with Seller’s past practices with respect to the same condition as Property, notwithstanding any Improvements which may commence prior to the execution of the date ATM Lease, provided the Improvements are consistent with the terms of this Agreement, reasonable wear and tear exceptedthe ATM Lease, and (b) promptly advise Purchaser of any litigation, arbitration or administrative hearing condemnation or damage or destruction concerning the Property arising or threatened of which Seller has written notice.

Future Operations. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing or earlier termination of this Agreement, Seller will (a) keep and maintain the Premises, and all Tangible Personal Property in substantially the same condition as of the date of this Agreement, (excluding casualty occurrences and damage resulting therefrom, and excluding reasonable wear and tear exceptedtear), and (b) promptly advise Purchaser of any litigation, arbitration or administrative hearing condemnation or damage or destruction concerning the Property, Tangible Personal Property, or Intangible Property arising or threatened of which Seller has shall receive written notice.
