Common use of Future Clause in Contracts

Future. Copyright 23.1 The Employee by this Agreement assigns to the Company the copyright that will subsist in respect of any new Works, and the new Works will form part of the Works under this Agreement and the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to those new Works. 23.2 The Employee must immediately provide the Company with copies of any new Works he prints, publishes, makes or procures during the employment.
