FY 2019 Compensation. (a) Except for ASF Members excluded under Section D below, all ASF Members employed in the bargaining unit during FY 2018 and who remained in the unit at the start of FY 2019 will have their salaries adjusted effective July 1, 2018 as provided in the July 1, 2018 salary schedule in Section B, Subdivision 2.2
