Galileo System. ITQ shall provide access to the Subscriber of the Galileo System along with the software products listed in Schedule A (collectively “Galileo System”) solely for the purpose of using the Galileo System for obtaining information about schedules, fares, seat availability, etc. and other services of vendors and for making bookings that are not abusive, speculative, fictitious or duplicative. The Subscriber hereby acknowledges that Galileo System is owned and operated by Travelport and ITQ is only an authorised provider of Galileo System and not an agent of Travelport and the Subscriber shall have no recourse whatsoever under this Agreement against Travelport or its affiliates. ITQ warrants and represents a maximum uptime of 99.9 percent of the Galileo System to Subscriber. In the event of any scheduled maintenance of Galileo System, ITQ shall give prior notification of atleast three (3) days to Subscriber.

Galileo System. IGT shall provide to Yatra access to Galileo System via software products listed in Schedule A and such other software products as may be provided by IGT to Yatra from time to time (“Software”) solely for the purpose of using the Galileo System for obtaining information about schedules, fares, seat availability, etc. and other services of vendors and for making bookings that are not abusive, speculative, fictitious or duplicative. IGT reserves the right to impose a fee and any additional terms and conditions for any new Software or products or services proposed to be provided to Yatra by IGT. ITQPL reserves the right to impose a fee and any additional terms and conditions, as mutually agreed between the Parties hereto, for any new Software or products or services proposed to be provided to Yatra by ITQPL. ITQPL shall be entitled to collect such a fee via a deduction from the Loyalty Incentives payable in terms of this Agreement.
Galileo System. IGT shall provide access to ibibo of the Galileo System in pursuance to the rights granted by Travelport to IGT under the Distribution Agreement. For the purpose of using the Galileo System, for obtaining information about schedules, fares, seat availability, etc. and other services of vendors and for making bookings that are not abusive, speculative, fictitious or duplicative, IGT shall provide access to the software products listed in Schedule A (“Software”). Ibibo hereby acknowledges that Galileo System is owned and operated by Travelport Global Distribution System B.V. and IGT is an authorised provider of Galileo System to ibibo and not an agent of Travelport Global Distribution System B.V. IGT warrants and represents that a maximum uptime of 99.9 percent of the Galileo System is guaranteed to ibibo. In the event of any scheduled maintenance of GDS, IGT shall give prior notification of atleast 3 daysto ibibo. Scheduled maintenance shall take place for not more than 10 times annually.

  • PFPC System PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Collocation are set forth in Table Two of this Agreement. 35.6. Call Related Databases 6.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Call Related Databases purchased pursuant to Part J are set forth in Table One of this Agreement.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.
