Game Creator Premium Features and Fees. Subject to User’s compliance with this Agreement, Game Creator Premium Features will be provided to User (i) for the Game Creator Subscription Period, or (ii) on a one-time basis, and User will be charged the associated Game Creator Subscription Fees. The Game Creator Subscription Fees that will be charged to User and the dates that User will incur such charges may be reviewed in User’s Account Settings. User may cancel any Game Creator Premium Feature at any time by changing User’s Account Settings, with such changing taking effect after the end of the then current Game Creator Subscription Period, at which time User will no longer have access to the Game Creator Premium Feature. All Game Creator Subscription Fees are non-refundable once charged to User. User acknowledges that GRID makes no guarantee of User’s satisfaction, enjoyment, or use of Game Creator Premium Features. User acknowledges that User’s only remedy for dissatisfaction with any Game Creator Premium Feature is cancelation of that Game Creator Premium Feature. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used Game Creator Subscription Periods.

  • Micropayments Fees You may qualify to receive micropayments pricing for the sale of goods and services through your PayPal account, if your transactions typically average less than $10. In order to qualify, you must have a PayPal account that is in good standing (for example, no limitations or negative PayPal balance), you may not be processing payments using PayPal Payments Pro and you must submit an application and have it approved by us. If your PayPal account is approved to accept micropayments, then the fees found on the Micropayment Fees table will apply to all transactions for the sale of goods or services processed through your PayPal account, instead of Merchant Services Fees. If you have multiple PayPal accounts, you must route your micropayments transactions through the appropriate account. Once a transaction is processed, PayPal will not re-route the transaction through a different account.   • User Fees You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder.   • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. If the Agreement provides for an annual license fee computed in whole or part by reference to the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets, for purpose of calculating the accrual of estimated expenses such annual fee shall accrue at a daily rate and the Trustee is authorized to compute an estimated license fee payment (i) until the Depositor has informed the Trustee that there will be no further deposits of additional Securities, by reference to an estimate of the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets which the Depositor shall provide the Trustee, (ii) thereafter and during the calendar quarter in which the last business day of the period described in clause (i) occurs, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of such last business day, and (iii) during each subsequent calendar quarter, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.
