Subscription Periods. Each Subscription Period shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form and, if applicable, its renewal invoice(s). Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, upon expiration of the initial Subscription Period and Your payment of the renewal Subscription Fee Subscriptions shall renew for consecutive period(s)of at least one year, unless either Party gives the other notice of non- renewal at least forty-five (45) days before the end of the then current Subscription Period. The Subscription Fee is subject to a nominal increase on an annual basis, as set forth on the applicable invoice.
Subscription Periods. 6.3.1 The "Initial Subscription Period" is the initial term for which a Customer has engaged use of the Software Service, as identified on an Order Form accepted by Signify. The Initial Subscription Period for a Software Service or Additional Feature (as applicable) under an Order Form begins as of the Effective Date noted thereunder, unless otherwise set forth in the Order Form. In no event may the Initial Subscription Period exceed ten (10) years. In the event that no Initial Subscription Period is identified, the Initial Subscription Period will be one (1) year from the Effective Date under such Order Form.
Subscription Periods. The Subscription Period shall be defined in the Quote as accepted by the Customer. If a Subscription Period is not defined, it shall be deemed to cover a period equal to the pre-payments received by POS ONE for the Customer’s Subscription. At the end of a term, the Sub- scription will automatically renew for an additional Subscription Pe- riod, or longer periods defined in a new Quote, unless the Subscription is terminated according to the terms of the Quote or terminated in ac- cordance with Sections 16-18. The Subscription Period is initiated upon activation of POSONE365. The Subscription Periods are binding for both the Customer and POS ONE, meaning the Service or this SaaS Agreement cannot be termi- nated with effect during a Subscription Period, unless in case of cause for termination, cf. Sections 16-18.
Subscription Periods. The initial Subscription Period for each Cloud Service is specified in the Grant Letter (the "Initial Subscription Period"). After the Initial Subscription Period, and subject to McAfee’s End-of-Life Policy described below, the subscription to the Cloud Services will automatically renew for successive terms of equal length as the Initial Subscription Period (each a "Renewal Period") unless either party (or an Authorized Partner on Customer’s behalf) provides the other party notice of non- renewal at least 30 days before the end of the then-current Initial Subscription Period or Renewal Period.
Subscription Periods. The per-unit pricing for any renewal term will be provided to You at least sixty (60) days prior to the applicable renewal term. You may terminate any Subscription by giving ninety (90) days written notice to BlackBerry specifying the Subscription to be terminated and identifying the Device(s) used in conjunction with such Subscription. Any such termination is subject to Your payment of all Subscription Fees outstanding for the remainder of the Subscription Period within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
Subscription Periods. The Subscription Period shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for the initial Subscription Period identified in the Order. Thereafter, unless otherwise specified in the Order, the Subscription Period shall automatically renew for successive periods of twelve (12) months or, if longer, the initial Subscription Period, unless Octolan or Client provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least sixty (60) days before the end of the then current Subscription Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Subscription Period cannot be cancelled except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
