Common use of Garage Personnel Excluded Clause in Contracts

Garage Personnel Excluded. We will not make any payment for any loss, damage, injury or death sustained by any garage personnel while using, operating or working on the snowmobile in the course of their business or while an operator of the snowmobile in the course of their business, unless the person sustaining the loss, damage, injury or death is the owner of the snowmobile.
