Common use of Garbage Cart Clause in Contracts

Garbage Cart. A heavy plastic receptacle with a rated capacity of at least 285 twenty (20) gallons and not more than ninety-six (96) gallons, having a hinged tight-fitting lid 286 and wheels, that is approved by the Town Representative for use by Service Recipients for 287 Collection Services under this Agreement.

Garbage Cart. A heavy heavy-duty plastic receptacle with wheels and a rated capacity 27 of at least 285 twenty (20) gallons and not more than ninety-six (96) gallons, having a hinged tight-tight- 28 fitting lid 286 and wheels, that is approved by the Town City Representative for use by Service Recipients 29 for 287 Collection Services under this Agreement.

A heavy plastic receptacle with a rated capacity of at least 285 twenty 277 (20) gallons and not more than ninety-six (96) gallons, having a hinged tight-fitting lid 286 and 278 wheels, that is approved by the Town Representative for use by Service Recipients for 287 279 Collection Services under this Agreement.
