Gardens and Xxxxxx Sample Clauses

Gardens and Xxxxxx. You must make sure your garden is tidy. Lawns must be cut and xxxxxx trimmed. If the garden is overgrown— and there is no good reason why you cannot do it—we can clear it and charge you for the work. You must not put a greenhouse, garage or shed in your garden without getting our written permission first, subject to any Planning or Building Regulations permission that may be required. You must not remove, alter, replace or plant any hedge, or tree at the property without getting our written permission first. You must not store rubbish, household furniture or appliances in the garden area. If you do, we may remove the items and charge you for doing this. We will give you 24 hours’ notice that we will be removing the items.
