GENDER CONVENTION. ‌ 3-5.01. The Parties mutually agree that this Agreement aims to contain gender neutral language throughout. Any provision in this Agreement which is expressed in terms of a specific gender, shall apply equally to all Pilots covered by this Agreement and no discrimination is intended or implied.
