Gender Neutral Language. The parties agree that this Collective Agreement should contain gender neutral language throughout. Any provision in this Collective Agreement which is expressed in terms of a specific gender, shall apply equally to all employees covered by this Agreement regardless of their gender.
Gender Neutral Language. The provisions of this Agreement are intended to be gender neutral and gender inclusive.
Gender Neutral Language. The Parties agree by mutual agreement, to amend the Collective Agreement for the purpose of removing gender specific language and adopting a gender neutral format.

Where the masculine or female gender is used in any job classification or provision in this Agreement, it shall not be deemed to refer to either or both sexes and is not intended, or shall it be deemed to limit, job eligibility or the application of any provision of this Agreement to members of either sex.

Gender Neutral Language. 26.01 Where the singular or masculine is used in this Agreement, these shall be construed as plural or feminine as the context requires.
Gender Neutral Language. The National Maintenance Council for Canada agrees to review and revise current language within the New Brunswick Intermittent NMA collective agreement to be gender neutral.
