Common use of General Administration of Construction Contract Clause in Contracts

General Administration of Construction Contract. Consult with Owner and act as Owner’s representative as provided in the Construction Contract. The extent and limitations of the duties, responsibilities, and authority of Engineer shall be as assigned in EJCDC® C-700, Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (2013 Edition), prepared by the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee, or other construction general conditions specified in this Agreement.
