Common use of General Benefits Clause in Contracts

General Benefits. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

General Benefits. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's ’s senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

General Benefits. During the Term of EmploymentEmployment as Chairman, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-’s senior level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

General Benefits. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans. As a non-officer employee, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company's insured welfare benefit plans and programs.

During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company and such perquisite programs as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans, participation in executive health, tax preparation and financial planning programs.

During The Executive will, during the Term of EmploymentEmployment Period, the Executive shall be entitled permitted to participate in such pension, profit sharing, bonus (subject to the provisions of Section 3.1 (b)), life insurance, hospitalization, major medical, and other employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs Employer that may be in effect from time to time, includingto the extent the Executive is eligible under the terms of those plans (collectively, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plansthe "Benefits"). The Executive shall also be entitled to such other fringe benefits as are now or may become available to all of Employer's other Executive officers.
