General Callback. Any nurse called in to work from standby less than two (2) hours prior to the start of the standby shift or during the standby shift shall be compensated at the rate of time and one half (1-1/2) the regular rate of pay for a minimum of three (3) hours or the first three (3) hours whichever is greater. Standby pay shall cease once the nurse reports to work.
