GENERAL CITY RESPONSIBILITIES. The City shall provide full information regarding its requirements for the services to be performed by the Consultant, and any circumstances known to the City that would hinder the Consultants performance, or make performance by the Consultant more difficult or expensive than would ordinarily be expected. The City shall furnish any required information and services, and shall render approvals and decisions as expeditiously as necessary for the orderly progress of the Consultant's services. If the City observes or otherwise becomes aware of any fault or defect in the services performed by the Consultant, the City shall promptly give written notice thereof to the Consultant.
