General-Clothing and Equipment. (a) The Employer will provide safety equipment and protective clothing sufficient to protect the employee from injury to all employees who are required to perform duties where hazards exist. Where the Employer provides such equipment or clothing, it must be used or worn by the employee, provided however that it is recognized that there may be occasions during an employee’s working hours when the use or wear of such equipment or clothing may be unnecessary to the employee’s safety or well-being. (b) Footwear - The Employer agrees to reimburse an employee to a maximum amount of $60.00 per year upon presentation of a satisfactory receipt for those employees regularly required as part of their job to be working out of doors with the Street Outreach Program. (c) Parkas - The Employer agrees to provide a parka to those employees regularly required as part of their job to be working out of doors during the winter months with the Street Outreach Program.
