Common use of GENERAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. A. That the Contractor does not engage in conflicts of interest in violation of any state or federal legal authorities, any price fixing or any other anticompetitive activities that violate the federal antitrust Xxxxxxx Act, 15 U.S.C. §§1 – 7, Anti-Kickback Act, 41 U.S.C. §§ 51-58, and other federal legal authorities. And that the Contractor does not act in violation of 18-4-141, MCA or other legal authorities by colluding with other contractors for the purpose of gaining unfair advantages for it or other contractors or for the purpose of providing the services at a noncompetitive price or otherwise in a noncompetitive manner.
