General Contractual Matters. 11.1 Data protection: By signing the enrolment form or by agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions the Parents on behalf of themselves and, so far as they are able, on behalf of the Pupil consent to the processing by the School of personal information including: 11.1.1 financial information relating to the Parents; 11.1.2 sensitive personal information relating to the Parents and / or the Pupil; as is deemed necessary for the legitimate purposes of the School.
