General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, are the following: (a) An 8-storey apartment house (multi-unit residential uses); and (b) Townhouse units.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8-storey apartment house Salvage yard; (multi-unit residential uses)b) Outdoor display for automotive sales to a maximum of 25 units; (c) Autobody repair; and (bd) Townhouse unitsAny uses permitted within the existing MU zone applied to the Lands subject to the provisions contained within the Land Use By-law for the Musquodoboit Valley - Dutch Settlement Area as of the date of this agreement.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8-a four (4) storey apartment house (multi-multiple unit residential uses)building including one level of underground parking; and (b) Townhouse unitsuses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) uses of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8-storey apartment house (multi-unit residential uses)Service Station and associated restaurant, retail store and car wash on Lot A-1, and driveway access to Lot A-1 from Lot A-2 as shown on Schedule B; andor (b) Townhouse unitsAny uses permitted within the existing zone applied to the Lands subject to the provisions contained within the Land Use By-law for Planning District 4 as amended from time to time.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 3.2.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8Any uses permitted within the existing zone applied to the Lands subject to the provisions contained within the Land Use By-storey apartment house (multi-unit residential uses)law for Planning Districts 1&3 as amended from time to time; and (b) Townhouse unitsA plant nursery, operated as a home business use, within the existing dwelling and an accessory building shown as “proposed greenhouse” on Schedule B and as set out in this Agreement.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8-storey apartment house Automobile Repair Use (multi-unit residential uses); andMajor) within existing building; (b) Townhouse unitsAny uses permitted within the existing zone applied to the Lands subject to the provisions contained within the Xxxx Harbour/Xxxxxxxx Land Use By-law, as amended from time to time.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8-storey apartment house (multi-unit residential uses); andA landscaping business as defined by this agreement. (b) Townhouse unitsA single unit dwelling as per the R-6 Zone requirements of the Sackville Land Use By- law, as amended from time to time. (c) An office use in conjunction with a landscaping business, within the existing dwelling, which shall occupy no more than 600 square feet.

(b) Townhouse unitsAny uses permitted within the existing zone applied to the Lands subject to the provisions contained within the Land Use By-law for Beaver Bank, Xxxxxxxx Plains and Upper Sackville as amended from time to time.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement, subject to its terms and as generally illustrated on the Schedules attached hereto, Agreement are the following: (a) An 8-storey apartment house (multi-unit residential uses)A food store; andor (b) Townhouse unitsAny use permitted within the C-4 Zone, subject to the provisions contained within the applicable Land Use By-law. 3.3.2 The Development Officer may permit unenclosed structures attached to a main building such as verandas, decks, porches, steps, and mobility disabled ramps to be located within the required minimum front, side and rear yards in conformance with the provisions of the applicable land use by-law, as amended from time to time.
