Common use of General Description of Land Use Clause in Contracts

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) A building containing: (i) a maximum of 104 dwelling units, of which: i. a minimum of 55% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain two bedrooms or more; and ii. a minimum of 5% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain three bedrooms or more; (ii) home office uses; and (iii) uses accessory to the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) A building containing: (i) townhouse-style multiple unit dwelling containing a maximum of 104 seven dwelling units, of which: i. a minimum of 55% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain two bedrooms or more; and ii. a minimum of 5% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain three bedrooms or more; (iib) home office usesOne business use in conjunction with each dwelling unit, pursuant to the R-6 zone of the Land Use By-law; and (iiic) Accessory uses accessory and buildings, pursuant to the foregoing usesLand Use By-law, as amended from time to time.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) A building containing:multiple unit dwelling eight stories (85 feet/25.91 metres) in height; (ib) a maximum of 104 86 residential dwelling units with a minimum of 35% 2 bedroom units, ; (c) ground floor commercial uses up to a maximum of which10,000 square feet (929 square metres); (d) ground floor commercial uses shall be limited to: i. a minimum of 55% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain two bedrooms or more; and ii. a minimum of 5% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain three bedrooms or moreDaycares; (ii) home office uses; and (iii) uses accessory to the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) use of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) A a maximum of two (2) multiple unit residential buildings with each building containing: (i) a maximum of 104 dwelling fifty (50) residential units, of which: i. a minimum of 55% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain two bedrooms or more; and ii. a minimum of 5% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain three bedrooms or more; (ii) home office uses; and (iii) uses accessory to at least two bedrooms in a minimum of 30% of the foregoing usesresidential units.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) A a multiple unit residential building containing: (i) with a maximum of 104 dwelling eighteen (18) units, of which: i. a minimum of 55% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain two bedrooms or more; and ii. a minimum of 5% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain three bedrooms or more; (ii) home office uses; and (iiib) uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are is a multiple unit residential building, as generally illustrated on the Schedules, comprised of the following: (a) A building containing: (i) a maximum of 104 43, one bedroom dwelling units, of which: i. a minimum of 55% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain two bedrooms or more; and ii. a minimum of 5% of the total number of dwelling units shall contain three bedrooms or more; (ii) home office uses; and (iii) uses accessory to the foregoing uses.
