Common use of General Description of Land Use Clause in Contracts

General Description of Land Use. The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation uses; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (e) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) NonA 10 storey multi-unit residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation usesbuilding; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurantGround floor commercial uses; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on Underground parking in the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiplemulti-unit residential uses)building; and (ed) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Nonpermitted uses of the R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) Zone and R-5 (Townhouse Dwelling) Zone of the Land Use By-residential uses permitted Law for Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville, as enabled by this Agreement and as generally illustrated on the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation usesSchedules; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on accessory uses and buildings, as per the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (e) Uses accessory to any requirements of the foregoing usesLand Use By-law.

General Description of Land Use. (e) Uses accessory to any 3.3.2 All commercial uses shall be located on the ground level. 3.3.3 No more than 30 dwelling units shall be permitted on the Lands. 3.3.4 A minimum of 50% of the foregoing usesdwelling units on the Lands shall be two or more bedrooms.
