Common use of General Duties and Obligations Clause in Contracts

General Duties and Obligations. The Contractor shall provide Services in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including all constitutional, legal and court ordered requirements, whether now in effect or hereinafter effected or implemented. The Contractor shall comply with Department Policies and regulations during the Contract Term. The Contractor shall comply with the Department’s safety requirements and reporting procedures, as well as all applicable local and state standards, codes and regulations, including zoning, building, fire, health, and sanitation. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that this Contract does not provide a contractual or legal right to a particular number of Participants during the Contract Term. Participants may be assigned to, and reassigned from, service providers as necessary at the sole discretion of the Department.
